College Rules and Regulations

1. General Conduct

  • Students must uphold discipline, respect faculty and staff, and behave responsibly on campus.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in disciplinary action.

  • The use of abusive language, violence, or any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

2. Attendance and Academic Regulations

  • Students must maintain a minimum attendance 75 percentage as required by the college.

  • Absence from classes must be justified with a valid reason and approved by the concerned authority.

  • Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will lead to strict consequences, including suspension.

3. Dress Code

  • Students must follow the prescribed dress code of the college.

  • Inappropriate or offensive attire is not allowed on campus.

4. Use of Campus Facilities

  • Students must maintain cleanliness and avoid causing damage to college property.

  • Any damage to property must be reported and compensated for by the responsible individual.

  • Library, laboratories, and other facilities must be used responsibly, following their respective guidelines.

5. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices

  • The use of mobile phones in classrooms and libraries is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the faculty.

  • Misuse of electronic devices for unauthorized recording, cheating, or other unethical activities is not allowed.

6. Code of Conduct in Examinations

  • Students must carry valid identification and be present at the examination venue on time.

  • Any form of malpractice during exams will result in severe disciplinary action.

7. Hostel RulesĀ 

  • Students residing in hostels must follow curfew timings and hostel regulations.

  • Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the hostel warden.

  • Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

8. Anti-Ragging Policy

  • Ragging in any form is a criminal offense and is strictly prohibited.

  • Students found guilty of ragging will face severe legal and academic consequences.

9. Extracurricular Activities

  • Participation in sports, cultural, and club activities is encouraged, but should not interfere with academic responsibilities.

  • Prior approval is required for organizing any events or activities on campus.

10. Disciplinary Actions

  • Violation of rules will result in appropriate disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or expulsion.

  • The college management reserves the right to modify rules and regulations as necessary.
